It was important to me to learn to coach people with intention and know what I was doing and why I was doing it. I was excited to learn coaching from someone who has a background and training in behavioral psychology because I think that approach is grounded and more ethical. I hadn't seen any trainings available that were not a specific modality, a specific niche, or frankly based in reality.

I loved (and was overwhelmed) by the ways of creating change and of identifying where a client is potentially needing support. I was a psych major for undergrad, so exploring the ways our brain processes information was a fun reminder of something I enjoyed learning about the field. They offer a lot of information in a digestible length of time.

I really liked the community and am still in touch with some of the people I met in the container. The peer support was also so nice. I initially felt intimidated by the group we had, but everyone was really supportive, kind, and it's just a unique mix!

I loved that it is neuroscience-backed and evidence-based because I think that's important and helpful, especially when working with people and their inner worlds. There's plenty of room for the art and intuition that comes from working with others, and I liked that blend. I also appreciate that it's advanced and I was challenged to learn quite a bit. I still have a lot to go back over and keep learning. There's so much information and we had the combination of practice and feedback. The container also felt safe, comfortable, and supportive, and that's always a pleasure to find.

I have so much more confidence conversing with my clients in my current business. My favorite conversation was with a client who had significant chronic pain and chronic migraines. During our session and conversation, I asked her what she thought she needed, she said she had to quit her job. She quickly backpedaled, and I simply told her she sounded really sure of herself and I trusted her to know what she really needed, even if it wasn't easy.

She ended up quitting her job within the next couple weeks, her pain subsided from an 7-8/10 to a 3, and her migraines stopped completely. I've had other conversations too where I can guide someone towards their own motivation instead of telling them what I think they should do, and that feels so good. As much as I like telling people what to do (ha!), I really love watching people come alive to themselves.

There's an absolute wealth of information and the amount of guidance and coaching you receive is really unparalleled in the industry. Learning to ask great questions and listen well is such a valuable skill that's useful in all facets of life. If you're anything like me, you will also grow and shift while in the program being steeped in the work.

I was looking for a training that used science-based, proven information as well as a coach who applied coaching in a way that fits my own life-first vision. I wanted to be able to help my clients better. I am a mentor, but sometimes my clients require coaching as well.

I wanted to do a coach training that was evidence based, practical but also not too pricey (some of the more executive coach trainings are very pricey). The modules are so in depth. They are easy to understand even though the concepts are pretty involved, Carly is a great teacher and you can tell how much experience she has herself.

I was looking for a training that used science-based, proven information as well as a coach who applied coaching in a way that fits my own life-first vision. I wanted to be able to help my clients better. I am a mentor, but sometimes my clients require coaching as well. 

I loved how the science is brought in such clear language. The added case studies and examples were very handy too, as it made everything more tangible.

I wanted to do a coach training that was evidence based, practical but also not too pricey (some of the more executive coach trainings are very pricey). I also loved it was run by a Carly as a female founder and had fulfillment as the foundational value. I was very put off by alot of the online coach world that was so singularly wealth focused. I was excited to be part of a community of other women, to learn the actionable skills and also the business skills for launching my own business after the training.

I loved the deep dive into the psychology of human behaviour. I had done an NLP training beforehand but this just gave so much foundational, science-backed knowledge about humans and how we operate. The IMPACT method has been such a game-changer for how I run my coach sessions - I am much more confident having that structure and process.

I was looking for a coaching course/ certification to use alongside my other modalities and bring a cohesive package. I was excited to learn evidence based practices that would set me apart from others. I also wanted to be able to safely coach clients, and her background in psychology gave me that evidence.

The modules were really well structured, there was time to implement & practice what we were learning before going into the next stage. They were also so in depth with other resources linked to continue your learning if you desired. I didn’t realise we were going to go into so much depth, and have such a powerful framework to use!
