Carly has spent the last 15 years studying and working in the fields of psychology, behaviour and coaching. She originally began her training to become a Clinical Psychologist, but pivoted to coaching just after completing her MPsych in 2017.
She has worked closely with hundreds of clients over the years, has built over 15,000 hours of practise, and now focuses on coaching leaders and entrepreneurs to build fulfilling, impactful & profitable businesses.
She leads The Midas Coach Certification and one day hopes to open her own research unit to contribute to the body of evidence emerging for the coaching industry.

When do I get access?
As soon as you sign up, you get access to your first module! So, the sooner you jump in, the sooner you can start learning, seeing and feeling the benefits to your coaching.
Modules are drip fed to you fortnightly so you have time in between to watch, learn, reflect, apply and integrate.
If you join The Mentorship, Carly will be in touch to set up your monthly mentorship calls.
Should I enrol in just the course? Or should I choose the mentorship option?
Great question! It really depends on the level of stretch and support you're after. If you work best independently, and want to work through this independently, go ahead and choose the course.
But, if you want to be personally mentored and have Carly able to answer questions, personally review your coaching sessions, choose the Mentorship option.
Both have incredible results and feedback, so it's really about choosing the level of support that you desire in this season. Do you want to self pace your studies? Or do you want real time feedback, guidance, and shaping into the exceptional coach you're here to be?
How will this ‘fit’ with what I already know about coaching and other modalities? What if I already use other modalities like NLP/ Human Design/EFT etc?
We know that there will be many coaches joining us who have trained in different fields and modalities. We believe that becoming an exceptional coach means continually informing your knowledge and practise with both evidence AND your practise wisdom, and so ‘The Midas Coach’ is structured to help you do exactly this.
We expect you’ll walk away with a greater understanding of WHY, HOW and WHEN particular strategies ‘work,’ and a greater ability to be flexible in your approach for clients - selecting different modalities as they need it.
We are only teaching you evidence based psychology approaches to coaching - and our Alumni tell us that they love incorporating this into their toolkit of coaching skills!
We want to build critically thinking coaches, not carbon copies, so you're encouraged to blend this knowledge with your own skills.
How experienced do I need to be?
We have coaches of all stages enrolled in The Midas Coach - from brand new, to 10 years in.
We expect that you’re either already working with clients, or ready to start.
What's most important to us, is that you have an attitude and a drive for learning, and you’re excited to belong to a community who are dedicated to becoming exceptional at their craft.

What’s the time commitment?
Like with most things in life, what you put in, is what you get out.
If you choose the Course only:
- Each fortnight, you get access to a new recorded module, which varies in length, but most are around 45-60mins of content, plus reflection and application exercises.
If you choose the Mentorship:
- This option requires a greater time commitment from you - in return, it will also develop you more deeply into an exceptional coach, with the confidence to match. Across a year, you'll have 12 private calls with Carly, of 60 minutes each.You'll also record and self-review 4 of your sessions and submitting these for feedback from Carly.
Are there extended payment plans?
The payment plans we have listed are the most 'extended' that we offer. We've made this as accessible as possible while also charging far below what the value of this program truly is.
