The coaches who arrive here are ready to be stretched.
They have great clients, they get decent results, their business is moving...
But they have a persistent sense that they are only just scratching the surface of who they could be as a coach.
They all keep hitting the same frustrating ceiling.
It shows up in the sessions where something feels off and they cannot quite identify what.
In the clients who plateau, or pull away mid-engagement and the coach cannot diagnose why.
In the moments when you want to raise your prices, but second guess, thinking "will anyone even be able to pay that?"
In the sales conversations where someone asks 'what makes you different?' and you don’t really know how to explain what you do with the power and clarity your work deserves.

If this feels familiar to you too, I’m willing to bet you have already done plenty of training.
You have certifications, you have modalities, you have experience.
Which is why this is frustrating.
What you probably do not yet have is a deep, working understanding of the psychology underneath all of it — the actual mechanisms by which humans change.
And that gap is likely costing you in more ways that one:
In the precision of your coaching, in the clients you feel confident taking on, your reputation, and in what you charge.
"TMC has put words to everything I always pondered but never really had a succinct explanation for."
— Jess Eastwood
The hard clients — the ones who intellectualise everything, who keep agreeing and never shifting, who make progress then sabotage or reverse it — they feel hard because their pattern of change requires a specific psychological understanding to work with. Pattern recognition and good instincts get you surprisingly far with motivated clients. They do not hold up as reliably when the case is complex.
Charging $10k, $20k or even $50k for a six-month coaching relationship requires being able to consistently create much deeper, more life changing transformations for much more complex clients. These sales conversations require you to convey your work with the same level of precision and confidence you use inside the coaching work itself.
Most coaches cannot do that, because while they’ve learned models and tactics, their deeper understanding of human behaviour, emotional processing and cognitive change aren’t quite there yet.
It’s not their fault, it’s just a missing element of most coach certifications.
Most coach trainings, by and large, teach you what to say. The questions to ask, the frameworks to follow, the techniques to apply.
What they rarely teach is the evidence based psychology of why those things work — and crucially, why they sometimes do not.
Without that foundation,
You cannot adapt when a client does not respond the way the model predicts.
You cannot locate the core of a block when a client stalls.
You cannot speak about your methodology with the authority that comes from genuinely understanding the mechanism, rather than reciting the method.
This is a problem.
But, more importantly, it's a solvable problem.
We can solve this, through deepening the psychological underpinning of your coaching:
Humans change, and create change to their reality,
through five core psychological mechanisms.
Perception, cognition, behaviour, emotion, and identity.
Each of those mechanisms has a body of evidence behind it that
tells you how to work with it deliberately and precisely.
This is what The Midas Coach teaches.
“I joined The Midas Coach because I wanted evidence based tools and skills that would support me in supporting my clients better. I had hit a wall with my NLP coaching and couldn’t understand why clients seemed to be unable to take the action they wanted to…
My greatest transformation has been my confidence in my abilities, then my actual abilities (lol) and naturally my clients results are second to that. Clients are making progress that is sustainable. Whereas before, clients would make progress that wasn’t sustained.
The old tools just didn’t work the way the tools I’ve been given inside TMC do. Seeing this first hand has me, without a shadow of a doubt, knowing that I can change anyone’s business and life, should we be aligned and them be ready to commit.”
— Tracey Thomas Business Coach
So, what actually is The Midas Coach?
The Midas Coach is an 18-module professional development program built on behavioural and cognitive psychology,
affective neuroscience and identity change.
It was developed by Carly Anna Walker — an ex-therapist turned coach with a Masters in Psychology, 15 years in behavioural science and coaching, and in that time, 15,000+ hours of practice.
The Midas Coach is here to make great coaches, exceptional.

The Midas Coach is split over
three 'trimesters':
The first covers the psychology of human change — perception, cognition, behaviour, emotion, and identity — at a depth most encounter only in the later years of formal psychology education.
The second introduces The IMPACT Method, a proprietary evidence-based coaching framework that gives you a structured way to apply that understanding in session, and teaches you 15+ evidence based coaching methods to apply to create change in each of the five areas of change.
The third applies everything to your business: offer structure, marketing and sales, onboarding and offboarding, developing psychologically safe group and 1-1 spaces.
The IMPACT Method is at the heart of what we teach. It is a psychology-based model that guides your thinking within a session — not a script to follow, but a framework precise enough that you can clarify the core root of a client's desire, problem, pattern or opportunity, and deliver the exact transformational strategies to resolve it, and integrate this into their life.
If this feels familiar to you too, I’m willing to bet you have already done plenty of training.

As a Psychology graduate, what I loved the most about TMC is that it took the theories and approaches I knew and loved and applied them to coaching rather than the therapeutic space that I had learned them in. I have been able to use behavioural techniques in a much more concentrated way, which has resulted in my clients experiencing seismic shifts much earlier in the process. I feel more confident in my abilities to explain the mechanics at play behind my clients challenges, which allows them to make more informed and conscious decisions in their path to transformation.
— Chantelle Gallow

The shift coaches describe after completing TMC is consistent:
They stop coaching from pattern recognition and start coaching from true understanding, and finely attuned instincts that are now grounded in both evidence based and practise wisdom.
Here's exactly how this impacts your coaching practise,
and your business growth:

When you understand the mechanisms of change, a client who is not moving becomes a diagnostic problem rather than a frustrating mystery. You develop the ability to assess whether the block is cognitive, behavioural, emotional, perceptual, or identity, or a combination – and you can respond to that specifically, inserting a methodology that targets the specific area of need. Your coaching becomes precise.

The results become more reliable – for each client, and across all clients. And the harder clients that you used to approach with anxiety and doubt, become puzzles to be solved, and some of your more fulfilling and satisfying cases. You enter and leave each coaching session with a sense of grounded confidence – a knowingness, that whatever comes up, you’ll handle it.

Over time, your instincts for reading patterns of behaviour and language become sharper, and you develop deep trust in them, knowing they’re based on decades of psychological science

Your business growth follows naturally from your deepening expertise. It becomes obvious that your prices increase regularly, to match the level of client and conversation you are now attracting and serving. When you can explain what you do and why it works at a psychological level, your doubt around pricing is naturally eliminated.

“Before TMC, I knew I was a good coach but I wanted to be excellent. I felt like my clients deserved it and that I wanted more confidence as a practitioner. And now… My confidence in myself as a coach has grown, which translates into how I market myself and I’ve increased the price point for my coaching packages. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in how I manage my group coaching membership and the benefit has been so obvious. Members are getting so much more from the container which obviously leads to more referrals and great client retention.”
— Emily Chadbourne Transformation Coach
“I’ve done a lot of business and facilitation learning and had years of hands-on experience, but I hadn’t yet found somewhere I could learn more about coaching to improve my skills and therefore improve the outcomes for my clients… I had a tonne of experience running my own businesses but my confidence in my ability to coach people was almost non-existent. Now, I have unwavering confidence and self-belief in my skills. I totally value myself and have increased my prices. I’m showing up more, I’m selling more and earning more. And the feedback I’ve been getting from clients has been epic. I’m obsessed with TMC. That’s all.”
— Leanne Webber Business Coach
“After completing The Midas Coach, I went from charging $9,000 to $15,000 for a six-month package, and my yearly revenue has nearly doubled.”
— Amy Luttrell Business & Leadership Coach
The Midas Coach Curriculum
Modules are delivered fortnightly as recorded video, audio and written content - approximately 45-60 minutes each, with reflection and application exercises.
Self paced, no mandatory live calls, designed for coaches, mentors and leaders who already have full lives.
TRIMESTER 1 - THE PSYCHOLOGY OF CHANGE
Five modules covering perception, cognition, behaviour, emotion, and identity — the five mechanisms through which humans change their reality.
Built on current behavioural psychology and neuroscience. This is the foundational layer: how people actually experience and construct their circumstances, and what that means for how you work with them.
TRIMESTER 2 - THE IMPACT METHOD
The proprietary coaching framework that runs through the program. You will learn it, apply it to your own practice, and understand the psychological rationale behind each stage well enough to adapt rather than just follow.
We've taught this to nearly 2000 coaches all over the world, and now is your chance to master it too.
TRIMESTER 2 - PSYCHOLOGY BACKED COACHING METHODS
15+ evidence-based coaching strategies drawn from behavioural, emotional, cognitive, perceptual and identity psychology.
Each one is taught with the why and the when alongside the how, and applied to your own life before you use it with clients. That sequence is where the precision and integrity comes from – you become a model and example for how this work, works.
TRIMESTER 3 - BUSINESS APPLICATION
How the psychology translates into your business: offer structure that supports genuine transformation, marketing and sales built on trust and transformation rather than manufactured urgency, onboarding that maximises client results, offboarding that generates referrals and re-signs.

“I joined TMC because I wanted to add more science to my coaching skills. Even though I felt like I knew how to facilitate a great coaching session there were some gaps around the strategies I was sharing and the research these were grounded in… I no longer feel the need to rush or get to an action outcome all in one session. My facilitation has also been enhanced, using IMPACT to shape and structure sessions.”
— Amy Green Coach & Facilitator
“The curriculum is so deeply grounded in strategies that we know work, that even if you had no other experience coaching, you would be able to deliver incredible coaching sessions… I have loved how in depth and science based the modules are. As a therapist, a lot of it hasn’t been new, but things I have forgotten or drifted away from just because it wasn’t top of mind. But it felt like it helped me tighten up my questioning and removing extraneous questions… I’ve been working 1:1 with people for 4+ years and I feel like I still learned so much from being in this space.”
— Katie Hargreaves Therapist & Coach
“TMC has ultimately given me an upper hand in this industry that’s lacked integrity for far too long, and helps me stand apart from the majority of coaches… TMC was the perfect combo of psych and coaching married together taught by someone who I trusted, didn’t market herself in a way that felt sleazy and whose values aligned with mine.”

MEET YOUR MENTOR

Carly Anna Walker
Creator of The Midas Coach
Carly spent the first decade of her career in behavioural science and psychology before completing her Masters in Psychology in 2017 and moving into coaching. She has worked with hundreds of clients, built over 15,000 hours of coaching practice, and maintains an average client contract length of 16 months — and many clients return, years later, citing “I just can’t find anyone who can coach me like you do.”
The Midas Coach exists because she spent years being asked by clients “please teach me how to coach like you do”. After seeing the knowledge gap that exists in the industry, she finally built TMC. It has trained dozens of coaches, who, because they now understand the psychology underneath what they are doing, can do it reliably, precisely, and with the confidence to charge what their work is actually worth.
The Midas Coach is built for...
Coaches who are already working with clients and have been for at least a year or two, either in your own practice, or in another related role (e.g. teaching, leading teams, facilitating, or mentoring). You have enough practice experience to feel the problems this program solves — the inconsistent results, the hard clients, the pricing ceiling, the methodology question you cannot answer as precisely as you want to, and you’re motivated to become the very best coach you can be – not only for your clients, but for the level of pride you take in your career.
We train many coaches and therapists with psychology or clinical backgrounds, or those deeply curious about psychology, who want frameworks built specifically for coaching.
If you are newer to coaching, the program will give you a foundation that most coaches never build. Because it is built with application in mind, we highly recommend that you are coaching alongside learning, even if it’s pro-bono. The content will land with the most power when you’re also directly using it with clients.

Still Wondering?
“How long does the program take?”
The 18 modules are drip-fed fortnightly over the course of a year. Most coaches find the pacing works well alongside an active client load — you have time between modules to apply what you’ve learned before the next one arrives. You keep lifetime access, so if life gets in the way, the content will be there when you come back to it.
“How is this different from other coach training?
Most programs teach models and scripts, often not based in psychological science. This teaches the psychology underneath them — so you understand why they work, when to reach for them, when and how to adapt them, and what to do when a client does not respond the way the model predicts. This produces a different quality of coach – very rare in our industry.
“I already have coaching and/or psychology training. Will I learn anything new?
Consistently, yes. Coaches and therapists with formal psychology backgrounds report that the value is in the application — theories they already know, mapped precisely onto the coaching context. Several describe it as tightening their questioning and removing moves they were making out of habit rather than intention.
"I use NLP / Human Design / EFT / other modalities. Will this conflict?"
It will contextualise and extend what you've learned. You will come out understanding the scientific basis for why parts of what you already do work, where the evidence thins out, and what to reach for when your current tools hit a ceiling. Coaches who join with existing modalities consistently describe it as the foundation and extension they knew was missing, but couldn’t find anywhere else.
"What is the time commitment per module?"
Approximately 45–60 minutes of video content per module, plus reflection and application exercises. Self-paced, no mandatory live calls. You keep the content so if you fall behind, you can return to any module whenever you want a refresher.
