Carly’s background in psychology and behaviour means she brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching and she really helps you get to the core issues quickly and then you can build from there. I have goals now that I never thought I would have had before.
Before we started together, I was stuck and burning out. I had more clients than I could effectively support and wasn’t meeting any targets I set. I had a great income base but really missed lots of opportunities because I just couldn’t do the work. I struggled to say No and really didn’t maintain any boundaries. I was spending long hours in the office and repeatedly dealing with the same challenges.
Working with Carly was amazing. We looked at my values, what I wanted to achieve and where to go from there. Carly's philosophy is to work simultaneously with both internal identity and cognitive shifts, as well as simplifying the offer suite & strategy that will ultimately allow you to scale your business while having more time to pursue your lifestyle.
We work closely on your leadership skills, your relationship to money & freedom, as well as the internal work that it takes to step off the treadmill of endless hours saying 'yes' to client needs and to start putting your life first. Growth at this level often requires stepping into your role as a thought leader, and so we often focus on your comfort of being in the spotlight.
She takes a very small number of clients into private coaching each year, and because clients often stay 12-18 months, these places are rarely available. Once you apply, you'll be placed on a waitlist, and Carly will reach out within 48 hours to let you know if you've been successful, and when your start date could be. For this reason, we recommend applying as soon as you are interested, as places will be offered to the next in line.
We sign for an initial 6 months, and then go from there. At this level, you're looking for a coach who will feel like a partner in your business for the next 1-2+ years.
The investment is $16k for 6 months, or $30k for 1 year.
You also have the option to pay monthly ($3k/month).

Either in person, or over Zoom, we take 2 hours to deep dive into your vision for the next evolution of your business & life. From here, we make a clear plan, and Carly is able to see the areas of internal transformation & strategy that we'll prioritise.
(You can come to Carly in New Zealand, or potentially meet up, depending on Carly's travel schedule).
