I was always the kid who had big ideas and dreams for her life...
I wanted to travel, do my PhD, live in NYC and be a psychologist...
And then life happened... I found myself as a burned out therapist, struggling to pay her student loans, planning big adventures but never truly believing that they might happen.
I couldn't face working for someone else for years on end, with four weeks of 'freedom' each year. So, I found a way to make impact on my own terms...
In 2017, I started my coaching & consulting business... and very quickly realized that my old patterns of overworking, perfectionism, and my crappy money mindset were all still running the show.
I was working long hours, hustling, box ticking, working with non-ideal clients - with very little freedom, fulfillment or wealth to show for it.
I started realising that maybe I was the problem.
If I wanted this life, I had to challenge my beliefs about money, work, effort, business and freedom.
I gave up most of the beliefs, rules & stories I had been taught about success, I ruthlessly focused on the work that lit me up, and I slowly but surely, designed this business exactly how I wanted.
Fulfillment became my North Star.
And the best part - I’ve become known for this.
I chose to be crazy enough to think it was possible to do this business thing the ‘simple’ way.
I gave up most of the strategies I had been taught, I ruthlessly focused on the work that lit me up, and I slowly but surely, designed this business exactly how I wanted.
I put fulfillment as my ‘North Star’ and chose to prioritise it above all else.
It's not that my fulfillment has come from money.
Fulfillment has been my North Star for years.

How much time is needed each month?
You could spend as little, or as much time as you wanted in The Collective each month.
I personally LOVE spaces where I can plug into the content daily - to reinvigorate myself, connect to new ideas and perspectives and expand my thinking. The Private Podcast is great for that!
The Experiments are designed to be mini-intensives. During these times, you might spend about an hour each week in reflection + reprogramming, and then the idea is that you integrate these changes into your daily life.
If you're in VIP, you have a VIP call each month, which runs for an hour, plus you get to ask me questions inside your private community space.

Can I leave early?
You can leave whenever you like. Simply email assistant@carlyanna.co and our team will help you out.
But -
1. After leaving, you must wait 6 months before re-entering The Collective.
2. The work of The Collective is designed to take at least one year, because this is where you’re going to be creating sustainability with this approach. Too often, business owners skip from program to program, between coaches and have no consistency - this costs them massively in lost time.
We’re not just teaching you something new - we’re asking you to challenge a lot of your current conditioning around work, effort, money, time, business… You’re not going to quantum leap overnight so please come in with a healthy sense of what’s really required to create this kind of life and business.
You’re an adult, a professional and an entrepreneur - so we expect you to hold the commitments you keep to yourself.
